What's a a "lesbian-implied" bar and restaurant?

You know how movies starring Hugh Grant or Matthew McConaughey are technically chick flicks, but're enjoyable for everyone and loaded with hot babes (come on, you loved Failure To LaunchNine MonthsAbout a Boy)? Well, just consider that and head to The Dalloway, a "lesbian-implied" bar and restaurant that "welcomes everyone", which really just means it's a bar and restaurant owned by two lesbians: former America's Next Top Model contestant/ current finance executive Kim Stolz, and Amanda Leigh Dunn of The Real L Word
Situated on a first floor decked out with chandeliers and artsy photos of girls in various states of undress, the dining room has plates of food from the youngest female exec chef in the country and is prepared to indulge every last one of your adolescent fantasies... that involved eating fontina & cheddar truffled grilled cheese, pappardelle w/ sweet potato & lamb ragu, and a braised short rib w/ a cherry-chipotle glaze
In the Edison-bulbed bar downstairs, there's a stage for impromptu performances plus a cocktail program featuring the rye/ Punt e mes vermouth/ fernet Night and Day, and the Middlebrow pickleback w/ spicy brine, Irish whiskey & a dash of salt, unlike the full offering of sugar McConaughey delivers in pretty much every role.
