This Seoul import plants the eponymous chef's "boldly flavored and whimsical culinary offerings" in an elongated space fancified by white tablecloths and elegant globular fixtures, which illuminate a five-round tasting menu broken into courses like Rice/Noodle (fried quinoa w/ kimchi & sea urchin; rice w/ pork broth, foie & quail egg), Meat ("Five Senses" pork belly; Ginseng Chicken), and Fish, whose scallops come in "Mom's clam broth", and are constantly being made fun of by (Oh) snap peas.
