A French brasserie on Downing

Nested into the former 10 Downing space, this brasserie looks the part with sidewalk seating, and is serving escargot & lobster puff pastry, a veal filet mignon w/ wild mushrooms, and fennel salad-sided loup de mer, which is branzino, but more importantly, translates to "Wolf of the Sea".
