Taking advantage of the large outdoor area its sibling Caffe Muzio left unused when moving into the Choptank space, Stivale's 'inoteca/ Dell'anima-alum chef is whipping up sumptuous belly stuffers like Calabrian salume w/ soft scrambled egg, crabmeat & sea urchin malloreddus pasta, and ricotta-salata-sided lamb's tongue, which probably pairs well with a nice Chianti given the silence of those lambs.
