Setting up next door to its big brother Resto, this rustic hybrid butchery/brew shop/'staurant's loaded with 350+ crafty bottles and a menu sporting epic amounts of charcuterie (five flavors of ham, terrines from lamb's neck to pork liver, housemade sausages…), mutton-based MLT sandwiches, giardiniera-topped Cannibal Dogs, and pig head Cubans, garnished with a stubborn refusal to do anything David Stern wants him to.
