Grandma's Italian in Hell's Kitchen

Doing a reverse commute from DC, this popular transplant is plating rib-sticking noshes of lobster gnocchi w/ pancetta, and pan-juiced suckling pig w/ mustard greens in two separate gargantuan dining rooms decked with tufted leather banquettes, massive distressed mirrors, assorted pasta tools, and a marble pizza bar next to an open kitchen, whose own path to coming out was made smoother by just how flaming the pizza oven is.
