Midwestern burgers drop down in NYC

Because the Midwest's super-high-end slow-casual joints don't really translate to the city, one of their most popular fast-casual ones is making inroads instead, planting a counter-service flagship in Midtown to purvey both "favored originals" (Classic Steakburgers w/ toppings from spicy chipotle to "Wisconsin melted butter") and completely new offerings such as the Signature Steakburger, made from "the top grade of the finest cuts" like Rib Eye and NY Strip.
