Rustic and urban at once, CP rocks a chandeliered dining room and a set of communal tables made from a single cherry tree in the owner's hometown of Woodstock, unless of course he's telling a lie. He'll be happy to bring you locally sourced, Barca-style tapas including foie gras torchon & cocoa bread paired w/ Amontillado, oxtail-stuffed meatballs, suckling pig w/ crispy watermelon rind, and quail a la plancha w/ rosemary & honeycomb, so definitely be wary of the insane ferret or whatever, that dude loves honeycomb.
