A small sushi spot uptown

This diminutive izakaya's taken up residence next to the new Serafina, which makes sense considering it's from the same peeps. Accommodating just 23 between its centrally situated communal table & the sushi bar, and lit by red fixtures resembling a mass of snakes, GT serves up "uncomplicated and fresh" Japaneats including copious yakitori (miso king salmon, jumbo prawns, filet mignon…), tuna truffle sandwiches on sesame "toast", and signature rolls stuffed with Hawaiian white tuna, asparagus & "potato crunch", which could ruffle traditionalists.
