Destination worthy ramen

Rolling out their hours (no weekday lunch... yet) as carefully as they do their noodles, this Morningside newcomer'll help stave off the moderately inclement chill of winter with chicken sausage/pork belly/seaweed Miso Ramen, and house specialty Hakata Tonkotsu in which pork bones're cooked in the broth 'til they release their marrow, giving it a "creamy consistency that rivals milk, melted butter, or gravy" (rivalries being right at home in bowl games... at least SEC ones).
