'Cue and cocktails in Park Slope

Bringing counter service "'cue and cocktails" to Park Slope, this rustically gussied-up joint (salvaged wood, mosaic mirrors…) will have its meat-slinging overseen by a Colicchio & Sons vet, whose seasonally rotating proteins include whole-hog pulled pork, loads o' ribs, and specials from duck to wild game (razorbacks!!!). The tipples aren't an afternthought, so look for 'tails like the gin/ vermouth/ absinthe/ mint Fascinator, and the Bobbito Burns, sporting mezcal and "meat bitters", though if you end up beefing with someone, that's probably on the mezcal.
