Nestled between the Low Tide Bar and the Rockaway Taco stand, this joint from a team with ties to Vinegar Hill House is named for both their frozen bananas (which're covered in chocolate and rolled in toppings like pretzels, toasted coconut, and peanuts & sea salt), and also the little paper boats they use to serve everything from next-level shrimp po' boys to loaded fries, who can't be that loaded considering they aren't served on paper yachts.
