Pizza Luca

Likely the city's first food truck on an actual flatbed, this open-air oven trailing behind a '52 Chevy is turning out pies covered w/ traditional ingredients from "the birthplace of pizza", Campania (e.g., hand-crushed San Marzano tomatoes for that "Mt Vesuvius terroir"), all cooked at 900 degrees for 90 seconds, and all without the aid of rolling pins or "dough presses", which can't seem to get past one set of plates.
