The food at Moma PS 1 just got insane

After closing down their revered LIC avant-diner, M. Wells is taking up residence in everyone's favorite museum for wacky courtyard dance parties, with a cafeteria-like dining room, and eats that range from horse tartare (no, that's not a euphemism for like, ice cream or something) to less sensibility-challenging, still genre-bending eats like escargot & marrow tarts, bibimbap w/ maple syrup & oysters, and caviar/ flower/ whipped butter sandwiches.
