Line your NYE tummy with a 5-course feast at the Northeast standby serving up "modern interpretations of Vietnamese cuisine", including Thai chili shrimp salad with pomelo emulsion/ garlic Chinese chives, orange anise pork belly with berry gastrique/ charred Chinese broccoli/ spiced walnuts, and a five-spice duck liver torchon with brioche and a quince marmalade, which now that it's 15, is pretty convinced it's Lady Marmalade.
