From a couple of Fork vets, EAP's a new Market East-taurant stuffing flour pockets with any of 10 proteins (including THREE types of bacon), a slew of veggies, and 10 "pours": basically sauces you "pour" on after each bite. Those include pepper-parm, mustard-berry vinaigrette, and yogurt curry, or what Eddy's nutritionist says whenever he exasperatedly asks "Well what the hell should I be eating instead of these seven bacon-sausage-ham-ground-beef McMuffins then?".
