Pop-Up Paladares

Cuba Libre is (kinda) smuggling in Cuban chefs to create limited time approximations of paladares (private restos in Cuba located in chefs' homes), starting with a three-day replication of Alberto Alfonso Perez's El Gajones, where they'll serve a lobster salad/pineapple sorbet combo, lamb-filled eggplant ravioli, and wild boar rib chops, so apparently the boars in Cuba all know karate.
