Tex-Mex Dinner

The chefs of Percy Street and Xochitl're teaming up to offer this not-exactly-Chili's four-courser: hominy/tripe Menudo soup; wild boar cornbread tamales; a barbacoa platter of beef cheek/ tongue, young goat, and smoked housemade chorizo; plus pecan pie with goat's milk cajeta called pay de pacana, not to be confused with PayDay pacana, which is just a delicious, super-peanutty treat, with whatever the hell pacana is.
