Concurso de Tapas

Seeing as small plates are small, it helps to have a ton of them. Even when Dr. Steve Brule's not around, wine is fun for drinking. Those two ideas provide the backbone for Bar Vivant's Concurso de Tapas, at which chefs from Beaker & Flask, The Parish, Viking Soul Food, and more will offer a massive $30 spread of wine-paired plates including smoked oysters, jamon Iberico, chorizo, and pickled pig's ears.
