Failure's never tasted so good

From a couple of guys who met working at Sony, Culinary Dropouts' name references their refusal to label whatever comes out of their kitchen (the chef actually did graduate from culinary school), giving them the freedom to serve up all of the “flavors that Sony wouldn't allow (them) to cook” -- but still, don't expect everything to taste like Apple. The side of the truck is scrawled with rave customer reviews over man-handle-ables like stuffed burgers folded w/ chorizo and topped with sour cream, the edible meat board that is “Charcuterie Flatbread” and a Tuscan chicken sandwich with feta, roasted bell peppers, and sweated kale, which all the girls seem to love. More adventurous types can get down on seared ahi steak fries with sizzled asparagus & togarashi aioli, plus a Sweet Chili Shrimp po' boy with the popcorn shrimp tossed in Thai chillis & togarashi-spiced coleslaw some self-incriminating patron already claims is a “stoner's dream”. For the snacking crowd, the truck's loaded with chips, pork rinds, non-alcoholic drinks like a Cactus Cooler(!), and even a dart board where you're given three shots to hit the bullseye and land that day's freebie -- giving you yet another reason to leave your (i)Pad.
