A Southern-style pop-up in the Castro

Launching today from two dudes (one a Cal/CIA grad, the other previously doing Creole in Indy) who met at an absinthe tasting, this Southern-style pop-up will be doing weekly events at The Residence (Wednesdays), Pac Brewing Company (Thurs), and La Victoria Bakery (Fri) featuring Treme-approved vittles like red beans & rice with smoked sausage, loaded gumbo, chicken creole, and pazole stew, all coming with creole garlic bread, and a selection of hot sauces that range from "mild to insane", also the subtitle to Ron Artest's forthcoming memoir.
