Cali-cuisine dim sum in the Fillmore

This concrete-heavy nosh-taurant from two former Rubicon chefs looks sorta like a prison, except the cells/Brooks Hatlen Memorial Library have been replaced with tables, chairs, and a California-cuisine-serving dim sum cart (book carts are for old, suicidal people!), which'll help you load up on $2-$12 items from their constantly rotating menu, including their namesake fried quail with lemon stewed onions, or sourdough kraut ricotta & pecorino pancakes.
