Opening today in wine country, The Thomas is a three-story restaurant with a ground-floor bar (named for the liquor store that was shuttered there for 38yrs after an unsolved murder), a rooftop terrace overlooking wine country, and a Michelin-starred chef whipping up dishes like a Wagyu beef burger on a fresh-baked brioche bun (w/ a sunny-side up egg & housemade bacon-onion jam), and the caramelized banana, espresso ice cream, and chocolate sauce-accompanied warm monkey bread, or what Aladdin is tired of Abu leaving around the apartment.
