Helmed by a former instructor at the Culinary Institute of America, this recently face-lifted, suddenly way-more-awesome-looking gourmet-aurant inside Yountville's Bardessono Hotel is complementing their expensive-looking new visage w/ molecular gastro-style cocktails (including something that looks like a meringue cookie and tastes like Fernet) and dishes that include Iberico Fresco -- a unique cut of pork cooked medium rare -- and meatballs heavy on Kobe beef, leading them to be traded to Miami despite being one of the game's most dominant low-post meatballs of all time.
