Sous Beurre Kitchen's teaming up with Kitchit for a "Wild Goose Chase Dinner" this Saturday at FoodLab wherein you'll eat five courses' worth of things with wings (rhyme!) like seared squab breast dusted with oatmeal arugula, brown-buttered confit goose crepinettes, and a poached roulade stuffed with pheasant leg sausage, braised rainbow chard, and vermouth.
