Popping-up this Sunday and the next at State Bird Provisions, LYC is the fun-to-say venture from a former Prospect chef with super cool hair, who'll be offering up a prix fixe of 12 family-style, Hawaiian-inspired courses, from Manila clams & pork belly in black bean sauce, to Korean-style fried quail, to pork ribs (w/ pear, lime & fish sauce), to scratch cocoa puffs so good you'd probably turn Trix for 'em.
