Sous Beurre Kitchen's Dear Mom Pop-up

From a guy that's been cooking (legally?) in restos since he was 14, Sous Beurre (which literally means "in butter") is Franco-ifying your favorite fixie-riding watering hole this Monday and next with a rotating menu of crazily affordable ($5-$12) delectables like fried gnocchi, lobster sausage on a brioche bun, and a Niman Ranch steak with olive oil smashed potatoes, which, unlike the steak, apparently need to lay off the sauce.
