Started by two Ethan Stowell vets, Seattle's first waterborne food "truck" is a Summertime-only operation serving grilled "street meat" (classic beef hot dogs, pork hot links, bratwurst, etc.) on Lake Union/Lake Washington to an array of traffic that includes kayaks, pleasure craft, and "rescue tugs", also a technique that, if administered by Wendy Peffercorn, would totally make drowning worth it.
