Pho-ward this to all your friends!

Already stocked with spots where you can get fubar, H Street now houses one where you can get Pho Bar, dishing steaming Vietnamese soups in a two-story, counter-service diner that has high-top chairs/tables downstairs, and a large black bar above, meaning you’ll go up looking for rails, and then come down depending on them.

The pho (meat or veggie broth) is stocked with noodles, bean sprouts, and basil, all flavoring proteins like sliced chicken breast, beef meat balls, or a combo of round eye steak, soft tendon, and “well-done flank”, also a key ingredient in any successful 15thC battle strategy.

Other “all-time favorites” include charcoal-grilled pork or beef served w/ mixed veggies & vermicelli, a boneless lemongrass chicken w/ steamed jasmine rice, and a “hot & spicy” coconut milk chicken dish they recommend for "curry lovers”, which is nice, as those people will probably appreciate the Clue.

For to-go grab-ables, they’re also doing banh mi (all with pickled radish & carrots, cilantro, and homemade mayo) like the pork loin, pate & Vietnamese bologna “Special Combination” -- just don't gobble it down too piggishly in public, lest again, you have to deal with the stares.
