The New Dining Room at Bar Pilar

Doubling their seating capacity, Pilar's new second floor's touched up with ornate Cuban tiles, three "Hemingway-inspired" murals, and cherry wood tabletops ready for newly created dishes like crispy skinned suckling pig with apple sauce & natural jus, roasted pheasant w/ creamy sherry sauce & poached grapes, and a grilled wild rockfish, who foolishly dropped out of the school, and is now just some bottom-feeder.
