On the 2nd Wednesday of every month at Saint Ex, these "old-school" Southern nights mean munching on country fried steak, pork chops w/ candied yam, cornmeal crusted catfish, and cornbread served in a cast iron skillet, all while grooving to a DJ spinning sweet soul music. Or at least, rubbing your bloated stomach to a DJ spinning sweet soul music.
