Hit one of two sessions at the National Harbor on Saturday, where they'll have 10 beers from Heavy Seas (Pyrate, Mutiny, Clipper Fleet...), a live whole hog-butchering demo from Sausage Craft (they "might even let you take a part home"), and local chefs (like a Vidalia master) competing for best bacon dish, which are rare considering how damn level-headed Kevin and Kyra Sedgwick seem to be.
