Steak 954

NYC's Buddakan and Morimoto owner just opened up some beachfront digs with 954, wielding decor like a 15-foot-long jellyfish aquarium and an outdoor tropical garden; they're plating a full roster of prime 28-day dry-aged filets, ribeyes, and NY strips cooked at 1700F to sear in the juices, plus Kobe sliders, their signature Kobe cheesesteak, and less-steaky stuff like pan-roasted whole pompano, lobster & crab coconut ceviche, and scallops w/ bacon from the Nueske farm in Wisconsin, the state that's constantly crying out "cheese quit pigeonholing us!".
