These Custom Surfboards Are Made Out Of Selvedge Denim

Typically, surfing and your favorite jeans don't go together unless you're hitting the waves in a roughed up pair of jorts, which, let's be honest, is not the best idea. This summer, you can change that with a collaboration from two of New York's finest in denim and surf: 3x1 x Token surfboards.

The boards, which are made by renowned Hamptons boardmaker Christian Token, are all handmade and inlayed with denim from 3x1. Keeping with the high-quality bespoke guidelines of 3x1, each board can be personalized by a shape and style of denim tailored to the buyer's preferences.

There are three board shapes available, starting at $2,250. Each board comes with a matching selvedge denim bag and board sleeve. Head here to snap one up for your summer surf sesh, or take a trip to 3x1's newly opened Southampton location to pick it up yourself and go straight to the waves.
