We understand that you've outgrown the scooter. Even most kids have outgrown the scooter — though I did see a little kid do a sweet tailwhip on my way to work the other day. But today we've stumbled across something that is a bit different, and could conceivably blow a little on the embers of our collective relationship with scooters. Meet the Nimble Scooter.
The Nimble positions itself as a cargo scooter for people carrying things short distances, around the block, in a hospital, a warehouse, a brewery, and so on. We certainly appreciate the idea of a gravity-supported platform for a pair of 12-packs, but we're a tad more interested with another use-case — racing.
We're imagining completely filling the front up with water and slaloming, or tossing a passenger in the cargo area — provided total weight doesn't exceed the 250 pound limit. We might not be totally sold on the Nimble as an errand machine, but one thing is uncomfortably clear: we are seeing some potential for fun here.
