The 8 Best Things 'Jaws' Ever Bit into In James Bond

Richard Kiel, the most lovable villain to ever fight James Bond, passed away this week. Though a gentle giant at 7-foot-two with a fear of heights, Kiel's ruthless and indestructible Jaws battled 007 in The Spy Who Loved Me and Moonraker and was seemingly unable to die, surviving car crashes, electric shocks, bullets, waterfalls, 10,000-foot falls, sharks, and various collapsing structures. He also survived the accidental reentry of a space station with his pigtailed girlfriend.

To celebrate Kiel's laudable legacy to the Bond films, we've rounded up some of the best things he sank his steel dentures into.

1. A Lock

2. A Cable Car Cable

3. Some Dude's Neck

4. A Bullet

5. A Shark

6. A Champagne Cork

7. A Giant Magnet (Sort of)

8. A Wooden Board
