This Raincoat Deploys With A Parachute Ripcord

People have been audacious enough to stuff a hammock into the bottom of a backpack, so why not something more utilitarian? Packed into the bottom of the Funnell Eject Wear, a raincoat waits at the ready attached to a ripcord, allowing you to don your rain gear without having to stop what you're doing, take off your pack, and rummage. With all that delay, you might as well just hose down your suede jacket.

Both pack sizes—City and Sport—have heavily water-resistant construction and have details like a laptop sleeve, waist straps, and sealed zippers. But these accents are not important, since they are overshadowed by the fact that you can startle everyone on the street by yanking out a parachute jacket whenever you feel like it.

Seriously, how has no one done this before?
