The Perfect Car Camping Tent Has an Awesome View

Now that spring has driven up, unloaded its U-Haul, and started unpacking, it's time to go get outside. If you're planning on staying the night outdoors, you shouldn't limit yourself to the cramped confines of a "three person tent" with a footprint that barely seems larger than the stained college twin mattress. Specifically designed for car camping and music festivals — times where you don't really need to strap a tent to your pack — the Ticla Teahouse 3 offers some killer features in exchange for a slightly less portable design.

While many tents claim to hold three people, their estimates are based off a ridiculous subway-at-rush hour arrangement, a formula that Ticla does not subscribe to. The Teahouse 3 has 52.5 square feet, ample space for three people and buffer zones between them.

The Teahouse's finest feature is its views. Most tents do have screens that offer a small window of sorts, but the Teahouse offers comprehensive all-around views and ventilation with its unique design, making it a tent you'll actually want to lounge in. When it's time to move on, the low-key storage system (aptly called "get out of dodge") makes packing up simple and easy.
