Food & Drink

(n.) A small decoration added to a finished drink. Garnishes can enhance flavor and aromatics or be merely aesthetic. (Though it's best to make the distinction clear, or imbibers may attempt to eat the inedible.) Some cocktails require specific garnishes, like the cocktail onion added to a Martini to make it a Gibson.
