From the husband/wife behind Cafe Gratitude comes GM, an organic Mexican spot inspired by the owners' delicious trips to their employees' mamas' houses south of the border, and featuring a flavor-packed menu that ranges from fresh tamales stuffed with seasonal veggies (served with pumpkin seed salsa and black beans), to marjoram/chile/cashew ricotta empanadas, to tomato-habanero salsa-covered chiles rellenos crammed with squash, because no one's going to buy them if they're filled with raquetball.
