Oldentimes-classy with a century-old mahogany bar, brass chandeliers, and an Italian marble floor up front, plus a brick walled, copper ceiling'd dining room in back, BH fondles your insides with apps like raw/fried oysters and short rib soft tacos, plus Pat LaFrieda-sourced mains including brioche burgers, dry aged strips, and roast chickens. Many of the 100 vinos can be ordered as half bottles, at which point the other half becomes available by-the-glass; cocktails include the Princeton fave bourbon/soda/bitters Tiger Tail, and a flavored rum/secret ingredients job called the Skull and Bones (to de-Bone it, replace secret ingredients w/ Paul Walker).
