New American grub hits Main Street

This Watermill staple has expanded to Sag Harbor's Main Street, bringing its sexy New American menu (and 8ft long, 4ft high blue LED tropical fish tank!), and expanding its hours to give you more time to try the wasabi-jerked Long Island duck, the Tuna "Ménage A Trois" (ahi tartare, blackened lollipop, and hot stone-seared carpaccio), and a dish with pulled pork, "XXXtra thick" homemade bacon, and teriyaki-braised pork belly called "The Three Little Pigs", aka a menage a trois of three people who just ate this meal.
