Tony's Steak House has been flipped into this patio'd, party-intensive ode to Mexico, with candelabras, walls decorated with Mexican beer logos, a bar boasting over 100 tequilas, and a menu stacked with classics like a grilled gulf prawn quesadilla w/ poblano cream; a grilled mahi-mahi taco; and a nine ingredient-stuffed "Big Burrito", which thought it wanted to be that way, until things got weird with Elizabeth Perkins.
