Katsuya's latest designer-sushi installation has a similar feel to their Brentwood outpost (eye-popping wall-art, lots of white stuff), with a slightly-expanded hot-food menu that includes dishes like Roasted Kobe Style Tender Loin Beef with Wasabi Soy Aju. However, the huge sushi bar's staffed by 15 knife-sharpening chefs just daring you to order something cooked.
