Despite working as a non-profit graphic designer and a picture framer, this seemingly very hungry NEIA-educated artiste-by-night still finds time to pen a series of simply stated drawings that reflect her life's "affections", namely characters from Star Wars and random pieces of beef that somehow don't include Eric Nies and Donnie Wahlberg.
Inspired work you'll most certainly hunger for includes:
Sci-Fi: She's drawn a Death Star's worth of wide-eyed skull characters based on everyone from Darth Vader and Boba Fett, to Chewie and Yoda -- perfect size for a guest bathroom, it would be.
Melange of Meat: The closest thing in your apartment to scratch and sniff art, other than Sunday afternoons on your couch, these pen/ ink illos of all your fave steaks (T-Bone, Rib Eye, Prime Rib, NY Strip, etc.) "showcase the beauty of a good cut of beef" and are literally glittered with actual spices, though anyone coming over will probably think you're more Scary than Posh.
Hair: Assuming you're more of a vegetarian hair dresser, that's, um, cool, so RH is also peddling a colorful-yet-head-scratching series that chronicles decades of popular dude haircuts, which, again, somehow doesn't include Donnie D. Even on the back-up!
