The greatest houseboat ever

Those boats from the Jubilee were all fit for paupers compared to The Inachus: a two-story floating castle built by the design firm Sanitov that's totally inSanitov with its floor-to-ceiling, triple-glazed windows, wondrous rooftop deck, vertical garden, intelligent lighting system, and most/least impressively, 100% energy efficiency rating.

Costing a mere £2.3 million (but they'll take offers), the aquatic mansion is only the firm's first such project, as they're gunning for permission to create an entire community of totally livable floating houses on the Thames, so check out our Inachus photo expose, because you might be looking at the very jubilant future.
