So, does it actually work? According to a human trial, yes. It most certainly does. The study compared normal sheets to 37.5's over an average of five nights in the same seven-hour sleep cycle, and the latter kept sleepers in their comfort zone 89% of the time, while the former was able to do so only 38% of the time.
