Yes, This is a $6,500 Chandelier Made of Gummy Bears

In what we can only assume is an effort by the chandelier industry to reach the millennial demographic — if you know someone under the age of 50 with a chandelier, congratulations — a company called Jellio made the Candelier, an enormous hanging sculpture of 15,000 hand-strung non-edible acrylic gummy bears.

As you can see from the video, the construction process is quite onerous, hence its exorbitant price.

The "one-of-a-kind masterpiece" is powered by a single 50 watt fluorescent light bulb, which casts "a truly spectacular light." Maybe it's time to save those pennies and swap out that disco ball for this big fella.
