Look Inside One Of NYC's Most Party-Ready Penthouse Suites

For a city that never sleeps, New York sure is loaded with an abundance of impressive hotel suites. And getting the keys to them is usually no easy task. Recently, we scored an inside look at one of downtown Manhattan's most exclusive penthouse suites, the Soho Grand Hotel's Loft North.

Suddenly, that Homewood Suites Rewards membership is feeling slightly less exciting.

The stately space on the trendy hotel's top floor evokes the open and airy feel of the neighborhood's traditional residential lofts. It's like a grown-up version of Tom Hanks' place in Big, only instead of basketball hoops and pinball machines, it's decked out in sophisticated furniture fit for the more mature man-child.

The two-bedroom, 1,800-square-foot spread is practically begging to host your next after party. The glut of cozy seating, the full bar setup, a "fireplace wall." You'll never want to leave.

Not to mention there's a 1,200-square-foot terrace just out the door, overlooking the bustling action below.

All told, capacity for indoor and out is a whopping 120 people. If you don't want to handle hosting duties, though, the hotel's special events team is more than happy to do the heavy lifting to set things up for cocktail receptions, a seated dinner, or special shindig.

As they say, this is where the magic happens. And by magic, we mean hardcore napping, of course.

You'll want to ease the pain of too many cocktails the night before in the tub. If you're paying to stay here, odds are you can afford to pony up the cash for a late checkout and settle in for some quality robe time.

It would be tough not to feel on top of the world housing your room service breakfast with a view like this from the dining table.

Whether or not you're ready to drop two months of rent on one overnight, if you're planning a trip and still need a place to crash, it can't hurt to check out if the place is available.
