How to Make a Fruit Flag Cocktail Garnish

Ingredients:
Maraschino cherry, with its stem
Orange or lemon wheel
Step One
Cut a wheel from an orange or a lemon and then cut the wheel in half.

Slide the skewer through the pith of one side of the half wheel …

… then through the pith on the other side of the half wheel. The lemon or orange should look like it’s holding the cherry.
